I decided to become an architect after starting university and trying Industrial Design. The truth is, I wasn’t sure about my choice. I studied for six months and didn’t like it. I felt incapable, and I thought I was on the wrong path. Later, when I transferred to another university, I realized the problem wasn’t the course itself , it was the environment and the people around me.

In this new place, I fell in love with architecture. The professors were demanding, but in a way that kept you excited to do your best.

As a child, I didn’t know what architecture was. But I was always rearranging furniture, sketching floor plans without realizing it, and obsessing over how spaces felt. I noticed things other kids didn’t, like the way light moved through a room, the sound of footsteps on different floors, the comfort of a well-placed window. Details have always made a huge difference to me.

Later, in school, I started to understand that architecture was a language one that could express care, creativity, and intention. My passion for drawing found a purpose, and suddenly I saw buildings as more than just structures and math. They felt like temples, places to build memories, to feel safe, and to be comfortable.

Over time, architecture became not just a career, but a way of thinking. It taught me how to observe the world more deeply and interestingly, I bring that same mindset into the kitchen. In both spaces, I look for rhythm, function, beauty, and feeling.

Don’t think I cook like a chef every day. Not at all! Most days, it’s rice, ground beef, and spinach. But even in those small routines, there’s intention and care. And that’s what I love.
